The Problem

Archiving is a configuration option enabled on a per-domain basis. Choose which domains require long-term retention and set the retention period (1–7 years).
Automatic Migration
Emails older than 90 days are automatically migrated from the active OpenEFA system to a dedicated archive server. The process runs in the background with no impact on mail flow.
Search & Recover
Access the archive interface to search, browse, and recover messages at any time. Export original .eml files for legal or compliance purposes.
